So I have continually been receiving emails from them even though they arbitrarily chose to close my account I continue and being told to make a payment yet my account is locked. I am then when I try to authenticate and they asked her to say my last transaction well if I could get into my account, I could tell you, but it’s locked. It’s like one side doesn’t communicate with the other side and how they continue to have my account open and continue to encourage interest charges or whatever it is and continuum wasting my time yet when I try to call in, I can’t get authenticated because I can’t login to my account because they closed it or froze it and then even in this chat, someone tries to reach out and says they weren’t able to authenticate me yet I give them all the information like is this company for real and this is supposed to be secure they are supposed to be handling our Canadians money they’re supposed to be assisting Canadian, save money, etc. I mean this is ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. I have secured funds there that is just sitting there. I have emails to me saying that I must pay my credit account. Well then you’re supposed to take it off of my secured funds if you’ve closed my account you’ve blocked my account or frozen it yet. I can’t officially close it because I can’t authenticate because I can’t login like is this for real? I’ve already contacted the financial services commission Ontario asking that they investigate this Shawty company and I have yet to receive word back from them, but in the meantime, I am writing in a public form. I’m trying to make it known some personal experiences on just how horrible this organization is.
