Right, so you guys have arbitrarily decided to close my account at once without any events notice therefore unable to eat food by food and unable to have transportation to my home, I had to walk and go out for two days because your company did not give me enough time to find alternate banking This is a violation of the financial services commission of Ontario mandate now and continuing to get emails saying that I have interest and don’t get charged 2999 fee and look at your statements and blah blah blah and I cannot even look at my statement because you have my account I call in to support to verify me although I’ve given my address, my name, my birthday and everything else they want the balance in my account which I cannot login to see so who is running the insane asylum here and why are you people so disorganized? I’ve been unable to contact any of your team members your operator after waiting on hold for 25 minutes wasn’t willing to get me a manager. This is all in Great violation of the banking act and under your regulators so I’ve had enough of this. I understand that you are related to skip the dishes if so, I will also be bringing up them for being a company that is conspiring to defraud their customers because that is what has been done to me right now, so therefore I want my account closed. I want my security funds back to me. I want to be able to get my statements and the records for my clerical matters and for tax purposes and I want you to do things properly I wish for you to give me a complete and proper reason Why you decided to close my account and not just a standard business decision no no no that won’t work and I do want you to cooperate with the investigators regarding my particular case. Thank you for your time that hopefully will be read because you don’t have emails that I can write to you don’t provide email addresses getting calling to help Centre. I was like pulling teeth. His company should no longer be in business and you all should agree to pay the penalties that will be lead against you by other disgruntled customers and agreed to see steam business in the financial sector as you’re not doing any favours and you are not assisting Canadian in their banking needs in fact you’re hindering them and you’re causing them a great deal of difficulties in trouble for one and champion a class action lawsuit that hopefully picks up ahead of scheme after the holidays. I already have over 150 signatories to petition to remove your organization from the banking sector of Canada due to your wilful neglect of your clients and customers alike. There is no place in the banking industry for bad actors like yourself anyone else who wishes to join this class action please do not hesitate to get in contact with me. Thank you.
