Neo financial account frozen

Neo financial have frozen my account, I can not longer login or do anything . I have contact them via several email but no one is answering me. I have some money in my account and Neo has refused to talk to me. Today is the 6th days. I’m frustrated. Someone advise me ? I’m thinking of a lawyer

I heard not heard a thing from your suppport. I have been documenting all the emails I sent for legal action. As of now they never replied.

Have you called them at 1-855-636-2265?

Yes I did. They said 5 days. Today is 7 days.
Hello everyone, NEVER YOU use NEO as your only bank. They can freeze your account for absolutely no reason. I said it’s for compliance. Yes I understand compliance but frozen my account for absolutely nothing is a violation of act. I will keep sending emails and keep documenting my all the communications till I’m ready to go after them legally with a lawyer.

Since you’ve been communicating via email, are you able to share the ticket number linked to one of those emails? I can take a closer look on my end.

She did not give me no ticket, in fact for the past 8 days she only sent me one email. Asking why I sent e transfer to someone I know who’s my boyfriend. I replied and cleared the issue that it was me that sent it from my own Neo account from my own funds and not someone else. Up till now no words.

I received update just now. Saying my account is successfully closed. Now, I have $200 in there. What happened to it? How can I access my own money
