Like why i cant login to my neo account why keep telling me its frozen i cant pay anything i cant use my money or do anything i lost a lot of things because of that
I am in the same situation. I’m stucked in a different city as I was about to purchase my ticket my account was locked they wouldn’t unfreeze it I can buy gas neither go to work or even go back to my city. This is the worst experience I’ve had and I do need help as I’m going to hurt myself if I don’t get my money today, neo financial is the worst I can’t even sleep anymore.

The same thing with my account as well! I cannot talk to chat and when I call the number they tell me an email was sent and to respond to it which I have but nothing has been settled and no reasoning for why my account is frozen or what’s going to happen with my money that I have in there!
