Why is this half ass ridiculous catastrophe of a excuse for a financial services company so disorganized and are continuing to do such inappropriate actions with my account how dare they arbitrarily close my account as I needed to pay for buses and food and arbitrarily just close my account without any advance notice without any advance discussion without any warning this and it’s all right is illegal and it’s a violation of the banking act which of course why would they adhere to any legal legal rules because this organization is a complete disaster when it comes to following rules and regulations and being there for their customers, their customer service is atrocious

So can somebody please explain why after this injustice and travesty was done to me facilitating a great deal of difficulties and embarrassment and inability to pro transportation and you even eat that night because again they arbitrarily without any advance notice decided to do this to my account now, the account story remains open yet locked. I cannot access the account. I cannot make a payment. I cannot make a withdrawal. I cannot make it. I cannot get my security funds back. Nothing I call in my account is unknown. I give them my verifications they say it’s not right. I think I know who I am all in order to finalize the THE situation that they created by them arbitrarily closing my account without any advance notice without any reason whatsoever without any, just like the 50 transactions of interaction about no reason no advance notice whatsoever they have to give their customers advance notice and this company has refused to do that and this is completely unacceptable and conduct unbecoming to the industry so I am continuing to get statements yet. I cannot access my account yet. I cannot make payment yet I cannot get my security funds and this is financial for you. They really should be banned from any financial transactions in our country. It’s not for people like that organization to treat me the way they did and then continually did not have my account close a transaction that they facilitated that they want it done not me to somebody get to the bottom of this and please I have my account reopened or close it properly

Nobody is going to solve that problem here in a public space because that would require your private information.

I realize that, but at least just should get the attention of one of the moderators who will maybe if I’m lucky take this to a superior who will actually do something about it rather than what has been done about it which is absolutely nothing and it just goes to show you again the incompetency the unqualified type of company this is that Neil can’t even have one division talk to the other and innocence what they did to me in the first place, which was without notice, and without reason to what I am going through now which is again a clear example of one department doesn’t talk to the other more unqualified BS, which this organization should not be part of the financial system here in Canada due to their unqualified and conduct on becoming to the industry I wanted this note in this communicate to get to somebody like senior management maybe the office of the president to realize how deplorable their actions have cost me and how maybe if they care they should do something to rectify it so I don’t expect them to reply to me due to privacy concerns, but I expect them to realize some of their unqualified actions are really affecting Canadians from coat to coast
