Neo group. My log in is not working so I sent for a password reset and I’m not getting a reset. I haven’t used my account in awhile and now I am concerned (because my email does not get a reset), that I have not been compromised. I’ve tried to contact someone at neo but your contact methods are terrible. No phone number and the only way to chat is to log in
