I keep getting emails that I’m owing money on my Neo Financial account. I have literally never used the card once, so why do I owe money? I also can’t login without a confirmation text on a number I can no longer even access. Now Neo is sending this random charge that appeared on the account to Collections seemingly as it is showing up on my credit report. There is literally nothing I can do about this because I CAN’T EVEN GET INTO MY ACCOUNT. Who do I contact? How does this “bank” not have a contact phone number? This needs to be removed from my credit statement immediately as this is NOT a purchase that was made by me. This seriously seems like a scam.

To update the phone number on your account, our team will need to verify your identity over the phone first - they’ll then guide you through the steps to make the change.
I recommend giving our support line a call at 1-855-636-2265.

actually i just want to get the help about get back access of my freezed neo money account.to expand it:-actually I forgot my neo app password and tried so many times when i tried to reset it through my e mail then it was nit successful bcz it wanted to get verified through a text send to given contact number ,so that’s why i had only option right way that time to tried more&more password related to my clue words it’s only try which i could do that time bcz i wanted instant reset ,so the result my account got freezed which i had not that kind of any idea in initially ..now jump to my main question what should i do now?neo phonecall lines only open till 8pm bcz of my work& student life hectic schedule over all day i m not be able to talk at phone call with neo authorities but it did not give any chat or online verification type option which other banks occured,i m frustrated can u tell me what can i do ?i m ready to totally co-operate and provide my identity verification to neo ,can i get back my account access as a urgent basis in instantly ?plz recommend me the fruitful option.

Just wanted to clarify in case if it makes it a little easier for you: our customer experience team is available from 7am-8pm MST 7 days a week.
If your account is frozen, you won’t be able to access our chat feature since it requires you to be logged in for authentication.
