I am currently outside of Canada and when ever I am trying to login to my Neo app, it’s sending an OTP only in my registered mobile number which I can’t access right now.
How to resolve this issue?

To log into your Neo app, you’ll need access to your phone number so the system can send you a one-time passcode (OTP) to verify your identity and protect your account. At this time, OTPs can only be received via text message to a Canadian phone number.
If you need details about your Neo account, the best option is to contact our Customer Experience Team at 1-855-636-2265 - they’ll be happy to help!

I have a question though. Please May you help me with logging in issues I’m currently having? I cannot login due to change of phone numbers. My Neo account has a phone number on file that is no longer used or have access too. May we please change the phone number on file *** FROM: xxx-xxx-xxxx, *** TO: xxx-xxx-xxxx, as I cannot login to my account unless we make the phone number change. Please confirm message if you could as soon as possible. Many thanks!

To update the phone number on your account, our team will need to verify your identity over the phone first - they’ll then guide you through the steps to make the change.
I recommend giving our support line a call at 1-855-636-2265.
