I can’t log in my ema and password are correct
Had the same problem but not sure why. I reset my password and it worked.

This might be a backend bug for Neo, I’ve had this happen once before but no way to proove it was human error or not.
Just reset your password via your email and all should be back in order. Neo support will help if that doesn’t work.
