I cant login into my neo trash account, I think my account is locked, how do I unlock it?
Have you tried resetting your password? What messages are you seeing?

You’ll need to make sure your phone number is the one you used for your Neo Account. You can try to reset the password as well.
If it doesn’t work you’ll need to contact support
