Having trouble signing in to account and can’t get a hold of customer service or any agents or email addresses

Hey everyone how’s it going out there in the Neo world, quick question tho, I can’t seem to sign in on the web or the app, won’t let me change password without logging in first, can’t seem to get a hold of customer service, so my question is has anyone else had this issue of not being able to log in, and if so could you please let me know how you finally got in :sign_of_the_horns:

If you go to the Neo login page on a web browser and click Forgot password?, you can enter your email to receive a temporary reset link. Have you tried this approach yet?
