How do you change your 2 factor phone number I no longer have access to my old number

Hey @Alex_Nielson, welcome to the community! :tada: You can actually update this right from the login screen by following these steps:

  1. Open the Neo app or website and go to the login screen.
  2. When prompted for your verification code, tap “Lost access to my number.”
  3. Complete the quick identity check (you’ll need your government ID and a quick selfie).
  4. Enter your new phone number and confirm it with the code sent to that number.
    Once verified, you’ll be logged in with your updated number. If the identity check doesn’t go through, just hit the “Contact us” button and our team will jump in to help!
