I cant get into my neo account cuz I no longer have access to my old number.

You can actually update your phone number right from the login screen without needing access to your account first.

  1. Open the Neo app or website and head to the login page.
  2. When asked for your verification code, select “Lost access to my number.”
  3. Complete the identity verification using your government-issued ID and a quick selfie.
  4. Enter your new phone number and verify it using the code sent to that number.

Once that’s done, you should be able to log in normally with your updated number.

If the identity verification doesn’t go through for any reason, just tap “Contact us” for support, or feel free to update the thread.
