I don’t have the same phone number as before

You can actually update your phone number right from the login screen, so you won’t need access to the account beforehand. Just open the Neo app or website and start the login process as usual. When it asks for the verification code, select “Lost access to my number.” From there, you’ll be guided through a quick identity verification using a government-issued ID and a selfie.
Once that’s completed, you’ll be able to add and verify your new phone number using the code sent to it, and then log back into your account normally. If the verification step doesn’t go through for any reason, just use the “Contact us” option and the support team can help you from there. Let us know if it works.
