I received an email from NEO yesterday saying that they will no longer be able to provide financial services to me. To make alternative banking arrangements. I am unable to login to transfer my money to a serious bank institution. I have been waiting on the phone for 2 hours just waiting for help. I can’t even use the chat as the account is frozen.
I need answers. My money is in Neo and I can’t access it.

I’m experiencing the same thing as well. My accounts frozen and ive spoken to someone on the phone that directed me to respond to an email I was sent, which I have and no one has given me answers as to why this is happening to me when it was an etransfer sent to me by someone I knew who was repaying me what they owed me that was 100% not fraudulent, so why is my account frozen or why is this happening to me when I havent done anything wrong??!!
@Silvergem I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this, I know it’s stressful, especially when the money was from someone you trust and not something fraudulent. These freezes are usually triggered automatically by security systems when something looks unusual on a transaction, even if it’s completely legitimate. It doesn’t mean you’ve done anything wrong. Since you’ve already responded to the email, that’s the right step, the team will need to review it manually before anything can be lifted.
Same thing happened to me except I didn’t even receive an email just wake up one day and my accounts were frozen. Call Neo support to learn that my accounts have been frozen for a violation of the terms and conditions and there’s nothing that can be done. Good ridents Neo, only reason I went with these guys was because of the Neo Financial HBC mastercard. Everyone who has a Neo Financial account should be aware of this and honestly shouldn’t deal with them in the first place.
