Account frozen without explanations

I received an email from NEO yesterday saying that they will no longer be able to provide financial services to me. To make alternative banking arrangements. I am unable to login to transfer my money to a serious bank institution. I have been waiting on the phone for 2 hours just waiting for help. I canโ€™t even use the chat as the account is frozen.

I need answers. My money is in Neo and I canโ€™t access it.
