Hey! So i just found out my neo account is locked can’t login and do nothing with it! I have moved all my money and pay deposits to neo and this is the only bank i use. It happened all of a sudden no notice i need to access my account to use my money for day to day use with weekend starting tom.
Same thing with me! I use my neo for everything and now because of an etransfer that was legitimate they frozen my account and I have no access or explanation as to what I’d going on or why they have frozen it.
