I received a email yesterday said for security reason frozen my account, I have to upload ID. I did uploaded ID as they request this morning but I did not get any confirmation, so I call the customers service, Neo customers told me all good, just after review the ID will receive new email , account should be unlock. But one hour later I received another email said Neo no longer provide finanical service to me. I do not what happen, the account just opened two weeks ago, i dontโt even know what did I do was wrong. I call customers service again and they told me reply the email and wait.
Can someone help me or tell me what can I do next. and what about the money in my account now, I canโt even access access now.
