I wanted to transfer money from Everyday Account to Regulwer bank now almost one month ahs gone still i couldn’t get the money back to account?

On 14th of Nov.2025,@ 15:27 in the Neo Financial Support messages “This Ticket was created on your behalf” is stated but i do not see a ticket number.
I see on page 3 Your request (6446558) has been updated to add additional comments, reply to this email.
As instructed I have informed the Canadian Anti fraud center. I have refurbished the computer and changed the passwords ect.
As instructed I have submitted the void cheque, when i call them response is within 5 business days money will be transferred, but to date it has not happened.
Very lst time i contacted the support group and he said with in few days you will be contacted via email, it has taken place today i am happy.
Kindly make arrangements to submit the funds back to My bank account. pls. I am paying surcharge every month.
