Not recieving money!

Government said the funds say deposited, but there are no funds in my neo acct. Double checked bank numbers and everything was good. Has anyone had this issue??

Hi Danon, thanks for flagging this! I’m just seeing it now, but we can take a look first thing in the morning and help out. It may just be a standard process delay, transfers like this aren’t always instant, but that doesn’t mean we should investigate.
