The other day when I went on the Neo app, there was something there about upgrading my card. I didn’t click on it at the time and now when I go into the new app, it doesn’t show me anything about the upgrade. Is it still possible to upgrade the card without that message being on the Neo app anymore.
Hi @Hardcore, welcome to the Neo community! Thanks for posting about this, there’s a couple things that this could be, but could you let me know if there is a payment that is overdue on your account?
