In APP way to Update Financial Information:
I’m back at it again, as the title states, being able to update financial information on the fly via the Neo App would be AMAZING. Personally one of the struggles I’ve had, since I got, in a small timeframe, a pretty big upgrade to my pay so if it was possible to do this via the app it would be a lot less of a hassle and definitely very appreciated for people like me who went from being eligible for only the World card to the World Elite card relatively quickly. Obviously updating this kind of information should have a time limit between updates so it can’t be abused but having it randomly pop once in a while is not very convenient right now, and support well let’s say they aren’t much of a help either 
, but it’s ok it happens and I’m sure we will see plenty of improvements, in the meantime I’m throwing out all my ideas that I had stuck in my personal notes.
