A fix has now been released for the recent tap-to-pay issue.
If your tap isn’t working, just make a purchase by inserting your physical card into a payment terminal and completing the transaction with your PIN. That transaction will update your card, and your tap should start working normally again after that.
If you’ve already completed a chip-and-PIN transaction and your tap still isn’t working, you may need to order a replacement card through the Neo app.
