This is so strange. I have never used Shein. I have looked at my previous statements since the account is opened just to make sure it was not me and I have never purchased anything on Shein. The transaction happened at 11:31PM yesterday and I found out when I woke up at 4AM this morning. I was sleeping when the transaction occurred. I have immediately frozen my card and ordered a replacement and also got a new virtual card. I know the transaction is still pending but I still disputed it ( if it goes away I don’t want a refund or whatever ) but I just hope You will have enough information to know what happened.
I have looked on the internet and apparently a lot of people got or are getting small charges from Shein. What is weird is I live alone and almost exclusively pay with Apple Pay.
Now the elephant in the room - Some people sent messages here saying their accounts was closed because they disputed a transaction. In my case I flagged that because I never did that purchase and it was flagged in good faith. I just hope you will not close my account lol I always pay my stuff on time and never had any issues before. I am worried my account will get closed since I have flagged a suspicious transaction.
