My card was declined (because i went over limit (which was also weird cus i knew i should have about a 100 dollars left)) so i opened the app to pay for it and i saw that my card was used for a membership on a website (called bubbi.app where i bought a picture which i never received and i was never told that they would charge me 45$) and since then it was being used at Presto (I don’t have a presto card)
i disputed all these transactions, i was on the phone with support for an hour or more it felt like, and she gave me assurance that everything would be fixed… all for them to email me saying that my disputes are not eligible to be fixed.
In total, someone stole 70 something dollars from me, but Neo emailed me saying i’m not eligible for a dispute, and labelled those transactions as “dispute resolved” as a slap in my face. I called support she hung up on me cus i was screaming… like i’m sorry i’m frustrated, im not a robot…
I just dont know what to do to get that money back. Do i have a solution to this problem? Should i just close my account with Neo? I dont know what to do

I have a neo account as well and my credit score is 816 because I never take credit cards but this neo one convinced me well. BUT the real thing happened my card gets lost as well with my wallet and someone took advantage of it before i was aware i lost something and when i filed and called NEO for help they just end up saying i was not eligible for refunds. I’m not at a restaurent my credit bill because of the frauds raised up to 3500CAD and I had to file all the fraud cases againt those but NEO MADE ME HELPLESS.

yes, they told me to contact the merchant myself, like isn’t it the bank’s job and responsibility? everything is in my account’s transaction record.

For additional context, we have the transaction record, but it’s often not enough information to identify a legit transaction from a non-legit transaction, even if you don’t consider all the people who dispute things just because they change their mind.
i alteady made e dispute, it says that it is already resolved. But no charged back being made, coz yhe specialist that emailed me before told me I need to contact the merchant. Like I need to do a long distance call to dubai thailand and pakistan. Do I really have to do that, not the bank?
