Question for the community, once you’ve added funds to NEO secured credit card and after awhile you’ve decided to close the account, can you get your money back once the card has been paid off and is in good standing?

Hey, yes you absolutely can. If you want to close the account, you just need to make sure your balance is paid off completely and then you can withdraw those funds to an external bank account or withdraw them to your Neo Everyday account.
