So I was disappointed with the lack of cash back and left Neo. I closed my secured credit card because it was a $0 fee monthly and now costs me $5 and is not worth it. A Neo employee deleted me everyday account and I cannot have it re opened and am out my refund money and Neo stole it from me!!

Do you still have access to your account? If so, you can close it in just a few minutes. Select your credit account, tap Manage in the top right, scroll down, and select Close Account.
Also, just curious, what’s making you want to close the account? Maybe there’s something we can help with before you do.
