I want out of the NEO credit card.

Please inform me how to do this, as i am having a hard time doing this. No drop down menus to assist. Difficult to follow as there is no direction

To close your account, please go throough the process below;

If you can log in to the Neo app

  1. Open the Neo app on your phone.
  2. Go to your Profile/Settings (usually your profile icon or the menu in the corner).
  3. Look for Account or Card settings.
  4. Select the option to Close or Cancel your Neo Credit account.
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm the closure.

If you can log in on the website

  1. Go to the Neo website and sign in to your account.
  2. Navigate to your Neo Credit card.
  3. Open Settings or Account details for that card.
  4. Choose the option to Close or Cancel the account.
  5. Confirm the closure as directed
