You may have a NEO credit card through someone else.
I had the same thing and it turns out i took out a Tims credit card a while ago and the provider is NEO

Hey there @Champ8gne , I’m happy to help with this. This message doesn’t usually mean someone else opened an account using your information. In most cases, it just means an account was previously started or created using your phone number. Just to be sure, is your phone number new or recently assigned to you by your service provider? In some cases, reassigned numbers can still be linked to an existing account.
I’ve had the phone number for approximately 3 years. This could be the case because I still get calls for a Matthew.
How do I verify this?
And what is the work around when applying for a Neo account.
@Champ8gne Ahhh, that explains it! If you’re still getting calls for Matthew, his old account is likely still linked to that number in our system.
