So I was on hold just now for 45mins, got cut off twice, went thro 2 people, finally being told they cant do it. Heres my situation; I used my virtual credit card to make a deposit to an online casino, to my surprise I won almost 900 dollars. The kicker they need a photo of my credit card minus a few numbers and the CVV code, to verify the card belongs to me. Well Im still waiting for my physical to show up in the mail. So the casino tells me to call my bank and ask for a PDF of “Proof of Ownership” to prove its my card, so they can issue my winnings. Well there you have it, my dilemma. So Neo tells me to wait for my card. Im sure theres alot of people out there, along with myself, that could really use these winnings right away for bills, etc. So having been told this was very upsetting. Just venting. Still love Neo. So I guess Im waiting. Anyone else had a similar issue?
My wife had a similar issue with OLG, it took so much time and frustration and she didn’t get anywhere. She had her physical card but without a picture. She just blew it all and then closed her OLG account.
Wow. That’s not good.Ive already put it in withdraw mode so basically just waiting for my credit card to show up in the mail.
