Unable to log on to my account. Error message that my account is locked. I’ve attempted to go through the online verification process and uploaded a photo of my driver’s licence - next step was for me to record a video of myself which I’m not going to do. Tried calling the phone # on the back of the card and the rep was unable to assist in unlocking my account without my answers regarding date of opening the account and the most recent transaction - I use the card infrequently and am unable to recall the date I opened the account. This is not worth the aggregation. I want this credit card cancelled asap.

Also as part of our account verification process, you may be asked to submit ID and a short selfie video. Any images or videos you upload through that process are securely stored and deleted after 30 days for your privacy.
