I cannot activate my physical card

When I try to activate my physical card, I enter the expiry and cvc, but it says “incorrect information.” I tried talking thru chat a week ago and they didn’t know why. I decided to wait as my account was new. But it still won’t activate or accept the info I’m using. Please help. I need the card for a holiday at the end of this month.

Just curious! Did you try through the app or through the website (Activate physical card)?

Neo Support isn’t online yet, just throught maybe the link through the website would work?

Yeah, I believe you have to go under credit → account → cards → and then I think there should be a button that says activate physical card…

I think I made a mistake. I thought I needed to activate the physical card to get it sent to me. But I probably just need to wait for the physical card to arrive first and then activate it. Doh! Thank you for helping me figure out my mistake.

As @JustBrendo mentioned, you’ll need to wait for your physical card to arrive before you can activate it. It usually takes about 15 business days to show up in the mail.

In the meantime, you can start using your virtual card right away! It works with both Apple and Google Wallet. Here’s a quick guide to help you get it set up.
