Hello, new here, I applied and was approved for the Neo WE mastercard but never received it in the mail. Who do I talk to to find out what happened and how to get a new card mailed?

I’m really sorry to hear your card hasn’t arrived yet, that’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. To help me look into this, do you happen to know the exact date you were approved? Typically, it takes about 10–15 business days for the physical card to arrive in the mail. If you’re already past that window, please let me know.
