Payroll deposit showing as a transfer

Hey Everyone,

I’ve just recently switched and had my Payroll deposited to my Neo Everyday account and I’ve noticed that it shows as a transfer to the account instead of being classified direct deposit. Is this normal? This is my first time having deposits set to this account and I want to make sure they’re showing accurately.

My pay also shows as a transfer from my employer.

Love to hear that you’ve transitioned your pay to Neo!

For me deposits from my employer (Neo :face_savoring_food: ) come in as “transfer from” where as when someone sends me money it comes in as “Interac e-transfer from”.
