So i am expecting about $10,300 in deposits and only $4300 got deposited at 7 pm pacific. The other $7K from my work didnt get deposited. Its the same company, same Payroll. The details are correct from ADP. Would neo hold the other transaction if its over $10K cumulative?

Have you received the rest of the deposit since you posted this? If not, just to put your mind at ease, Neo does not hold payroll deposits just because they exceed a cumulative $10,000. Generally, payroll funds are processed and cleared as soon as they reach us from your employer.
Since both deposits are from the same company via ADP but only one has arrived, it usually means the payroll provider sent them in separate batches. While they often land at the same time, it isn’t unusual for there to be a slight delay between two different transaction files. Since you’ve confirmed the details are correct on your end, the remaining amount should land as soon as the next batch clears. Let us know once it arrives.
