Direct Deposit Processing (New Bank Details)

Hey,

Hope everyone is good, firstly I love the Neo product and use it as my main account.

Have the processing times slightly changed with the new details/banking partner? I usually receive a direct deposit at 10:50 (Eastern) - like clockwork (well, within 5mins either side of 10:50), since being a customer with Neo. However, today, I haven’t received it, I’m a massive worrier and I realise I’m writing this within less than an hour of the usual time, I’m just extremely anxious as it’s the first direct deposit since updating to the new bank details.

So has anyone else also noticed a delay of some degree? I’ve had bad experiences of deposits going missing with other banks in the past and it takes an absolute age to sort out. But if other people are experiencing the same, it might put my mind at ease slightly. Just wish I hadn’t updated the details until December.

I’ve seen some stuff on Reddit that your suspicions are correct. There’s some kind of migration happening and it’s affecting early deposits.

You’re good. Can confirm, direct deposits are going through some changes. Our new payment provider doesn’t move everything that same way as our old one, but getting the early payments going again is a top priority for the team. It is on the roadmap, we’re seeing how far up we can move it.

Can any confirm what time they are receiving there payroll deposits now?

As an update. I used to receive. Between 5:45 pm est and 6:05 pm est. day before payday

This is week 1 with new institution and transit number and I received at 9:52 on the day before payday. So difference of 3 hours.

I will post again next week to document constancy
