We’re launching our Payroll Adoption Campaign today, August 25!
Eligible customers will be encouraged to add their employment income or government benefit payments to a Neo Chequing account through direct deposit. Adding payroll can also help improve access to credit at Neo over time, since payroll is an important income signal in credit decisions.
A few things to keep in mind: not every direct deposit qualifies, and not every customer will receive the same campaign communications. Customers who receive a campaign message can refer back to the email, push notification, or in-app message they received for the details.
