I was about to change where my pay deposit goes with asap and changed the deposit from the saving account to the every day checking account.
on my ADP and on the information I had for direct deposit initially , institution was 383 - people’s bank of Canada.
Now on Neo app and direct deposit PDF , institution and transit now goes to 828 Central credit Unions - Ontario.
Just want to make sure it’s accurate before I process the changes in ADP. Current deposit account shows the new transit / institution but I don’t know if I’m lucky but I always received my pays regardless.

Yes, we’ve made a change, it’s in the interest of being able to integrate more features that we have had requested for our deposit accounts (a post is actually going to be made about this change later today with more details, so keep an eye out for it!). Those would be the correct, updated details that you can use from here on out.

we didn’t got any emails yet for the changes. However all the payements were still going through lol.
Other financial branches would ask you to update your information. I’ve seen people in that situation in the past and they were *++++++^^ lol.
Meanwhile routing is not impacted at all. That’s neat.
