I closed my account over 2 years ago, the app gives me an option to re-open a new account, the website says that you can but it keeps looping can someone help me out, it seems that there’s something stuck on the back end
Hi @TG102978! Thanks for your question! We currently don’t have the feature to re-open an everyday account, but it’s definitely on our radar! You can definitely reopen credit accounts, and you can also have multiple credit cards! Plus, high-interest savings accounts can be reopened too, and you can have up to 10 of them at once!
