You asked, we listened!

If you’ve previously closed your Neo Everyday Spending Account, we’ve got exciting news: you can now open a new one! :rocket:

This option wasn’t available before, but as of today, it’s officially live for everyone and it’s here to stay.

:credit_card: How to open your new account:

  • Head to the Money tab in the app or on the web and tap to create a new Neo Everyday Account

  • Or go to the All tab and scroll to Explore Products

@Sana_Neo I can report back that everything seems to work great. I have tested everything but a bill payment but it seems to work. Thank you so much Sana.

how about removing the old cards showing up under card management. certainly feels very unorganized and kinda in the way the way it currently is having a closed account showing up under the currently active cards. perhaps moving them to the settings in their own drawer of sorts?

Hi @tyacec , thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community! I believe closed accounts won’t show under your Card Management tab, but they still appear in your Accounts tab. For example, a closed Credit, Everyday account, and or your Neo Cash account might still show under the Credit or Money tab, this is just so you can access past transactions or account details if needed. Just reaching out to you to take a closer look into the card management part you mentioned, talk soon :hugs:

Thanks for the reply! Yeah i see the closed accounts section under the Credit & Money tabs respectively. What i’m referring to is at the bottom of the All section, i’m seeing every accounts Card i’ve had showing up as “closed” with the Manage button to the right.

Hey all and @tyacec , I took a look and our current app layout shows closed accounts under Card Management, which can definitely feel cluttered and unorganized. I brought this up with the team, and they confirmed that a new layout is launching soon to address this! :tada:

In the updated design, closed accounts will have their own tab under Settings, making it much easier to find and navigate through them. You really read our mind on this one @tyacec, they are going in their own drawer now :face_with_hand_over_mouth: it’s feedback like yours that drives these changes and helps us focus on what matters most to you.
