Since you switched to people’s Bank Neo is no longer listed for an e-transfer account. I was sent an interac request and couldn’t access it.

Hey everyone - I wanted to also post an update here just in case any of you find yourselves encountering a similar issue when trying to accept an e-transfer into your Neo account but can’t seem to find it on the list.
Here’s what you can do:
If you have tried scrolling through the entire list and do not see us listed, then your second option would be to search in the search field ’ Neo Financial - with Peoples Bank’ and it should appear as an option. (see screenshot below)
