Neo account frozen for over a week

My new account has been frozen for a week now unfortunately for me It happened when I was about to pay for my flight ticket. Support has been of no help and no one really seems to care. I don’t have any family in canada to help me all of my money is in neo account. I can’t go to work because I’m in a city that where I live. I haven’t paid my rent and the very least I can’t even get gas to go back home. I have been having sleepless night and as of now I feel I’m going to hurt myself. I can’t think straight anymore I need all of my money out of neo. I NEED HELP
