it’s now doing this, but before that it would reset the cloudflare verification after clicking log in, and sometimes it would work and I’d make it in to my account, but then after a few clicks it would say my credentials were invalid and to log in again.
I have tried this on different browsers, and without any website protection like brave shields or adblock or privacy tracking blockers
this needs to be fixed ASAP

That sounds really frustrating. I just did a quick test on my end and was able to sign in without any issues, and I’m not seeing any reports of a broader problem with the website right now.
Since you’ve already tried different browsers and disabled blockers, what was the response from support? Curious to hear what they found, as that might help point us in the right direction.

I also tried to create an account in discourse. And when I hit the create account, it just kept looping. I hadn’t logged out multiple times nothing happened.I tried just doing assigning process.Nothing happened, so I have no idea even if i have an account discourse
I have been trying to log into my account for days. I spoke to 2 different people with the same rudeness the same unprofessional personality as well. How the heck can I pay my bill if no one will tell me!!! Fix your system because my next call is to the ombudsman’s office.
