Hey guys! Here’s a quick & clear help guide for when you need to change your personal details in your Neo profile. :bulb:

Updating your information directly from the Neo app is easy:

  1. Open the Neo App and login.
  2. In the Accounts tab, tap the Profile icon
  3. Select Personal details and choose the info you want to update – address, phone number, or email.
  4. Enter the new details!
