Feature Request - Clearer Cashback Rewards % | Cashback Spending Limit Cap Visible On APP

Easier to Understand Cashback Rewards % Indicator:

So this would actually tackle one of my current problems, it is not a dealbreaker per se but it is inconvenient to having to check how much % I got back on a purchase that I am not sure goes into recurring or everything else or gas sometimes. As of right now, if you click on a transaction that brought you cash back with it, you will see a Reward earned - Everyday Cashback with the amount next to it. What if, instead of that it would also display a nice little percentage next to it so the user can now how much % wise they got off that purchase and it makes it more clear into which kind of category the purchase falls into. Pretty simple, Pretty Great right?

Cashback Spending Limit Cap On APP:

Another fairly important feature that should be available to Neo CC users, being able to quickly see at a glance how much of my spending cap have I used for each cassock category would be such a time saver for people who tend to sometimes go over it and would make things much more simpler for new users who maybe don’t know about it. This could also allow Neo to compare it’s spending cap to one of it’s big competitors: BMO, which simply put, falls short of Neo spending cap, so it can be a nice added bonus and incentive for people who are long time users of the BMO WE to switch with Neo (In the process of convincing my father). Anywho, imo, it is a pretty nice feature that definitely makes it feel like Neo appreciates it’s customers and provides them with proper transparency regarding their spending.

Hi @Geouky, these are great points about cashback! There’s definitely an opportunity to give customers more detailed visibility into their earned cashback percentages, that’s a great callout.

The spend limit cap is another excellent point. Having a way to track when you’re getting close would be really helpful for everyone. The team is actively working on some improvements in these areas that will be rolling out on the app soon, but I’ll be sure to bring your feedback forward to them as well.
