As some of our top users, I’m super interested in hearing what you guys think of this. Do you find this useful/ or if you have suggestions on how to make it better, we’d love your input here. Thanks guys!
I definitely think this looks very snazzy and also really works with the strengths of the cards. I really basically everything. The breaking down by 3 card types is great. The overall money saved is great and good that it’s a priority. The cashback by category is also very helpful and the spending caps is very useful and helpful to see. Maybe the requirements of the cards and annual fees would be helpful to be more visible, but everything else is great and super helpful!
I agree with @tsutlovic with annual fees being shown. Whether they show up on a calculation is optional.
In a basic revenue - expenses = profit/ loss, it could show as annual cashback - Annual fees = year-end cashback after fees.
Of course, terminology is up for change, but showing customers how much they would need to spend to break-even or actually profit from cashback is a gamechanger.
Wholeheartedly love the design of things. Sliders and type boxes are great.
I’m sure as time goes on with more cards with different incentives, recommendations for cards will be added.
Love this concept! Neo recommending me the card that gives me the best “deal” or helps me make an informed decision means a lot and helps build trust in the brand.
I like the transparency of it. You can see exactly what each card will give you, and you can see what the impact is for your own particular spending patterns. I think it will also give you the ability to compare to the reward programs of other CC’s. I am not sure if the perks subscriptions will be continuing, but it would be great if that could be incorporated. How does my annual cashback change if I additionally subscribe to the premium (or other) perk? If this were included then I think the addition of gross and net (of fees) cashback would be needed. Overall, a really great tool and product enhancement.
Would rather see products that users can understand without a calculator
When a device as simple as a door has to come with an instruction manual — even a one-word manual — then it is a failure, poorly designed. – Don Norman
A little late to the party but must say this is great. I see this is as a budgeting tool that enables clients to make their spending decisions more wisely and assess which is the best card for them. Will love to see it getting implemented.
