Hi, can anyone in the community tell me how to close the Neo Mastercard account? It has been inactive for years. I want to close it.

Closing a credit card is self serve. Log in. Find the card. Click the thee dots. Close account.
Word of caution — closing an old account can be negative to credit score (~10-20 points for a month or two IIRC).
Another thought — why close the account? The Neo cards provide the best cashback in Canada.
Thanks to Daniel’s post, but I wasn’t able to log in to my account due to for long long time I haven’t use it. The cellphone number registered with Neo is not with me anymore.
I do need to close this account. Credit score is not a problem for me. Can any other suggestion for closing the Neo credit card account be available?
