Cancel Neo Credit Card without Logging-in Neo Account

I want to cancel my Neo credit card. However, due to my moving out of Canada, I no longer hold my Canada phone number registered in my Neo account so cannot log-in. Without logging in my Neo account, how can I inform Neo to cancel my credit card as I cannot find contact information from Neo’s website?

Not yet. Just wonder if the support line is toll-free as calling from overseas could involve IDD charges from my side.
