Changing policy's blocking funds & declined emt zero explanation zero resolution

False advertising to entise opening account then change policy and refuse to help or explain, when I prove under neo terms and conditions emt state unlimited I was then hung up and the phone call and ignored via online chat. They refuse to accommodate me accessing my government issued child tax benefits now unable to feed family. Horrible Horrible bank to deal with PLEASE save yourself the scam stick with reputable branches
