No agent to speak to and chat is not working I’m really annoyed of this

Do call support and maybe they can provide some more context. Generally, Neo doesn’t make money off of frozen accounts, it’s extremely rare. Most often it’s one of two reasons:

  • We suspect the account has been compromised and someone is messing with it.
  • We suspect the account is being used in a way that is illegal or violates our terms.
