How long does it typically take to change a phone number? I sent my identification and all that jazz but it’s hitting 2 weeks of no access to my account, and im about ready to say fuck it and go find a different bank. Not like I have millions but be nice to know how much I dont have or if government money has come in. Way to long of a process and pathetic should take a phone call not all this back and fourth crap.

I dont have a bank card either ive been asking for one for months so I cant cancel or freeze or who knows maybe it’s being used, as the old number was the phone stolen from me. I’ve been playing tag and now it’s been a week and nothing. I don’t have another bank so im shit outta luck and been patient enough

I am so sorry to hear that you have had to deal with this, you’re right, your phone number absolutely should have been updated by now, and an agent definitely should have helped get you a new card issued.
